New York, USA

While walking in Time Square at night, I saw the reflection of the giant neon flag of the USA in the window of a New York taxi and thought this moment captured well the sense of place and time, so instead of focusing on the taxis driving through Broadway surrounded by tourists or the skyscrapers framing the giant neon flag, I pointed my camera at that taxi window to get this image.

That moment reminded me of a quote of Henri Cartier Bresson: “the photographer only shows the hands of the clock, but he chooses his moment.”
